I’ve now made the big move and relocated to Belfast.

We’ve got off to a flying start and I’m currently working for Big Mountain Productions in Newry on a series for RTE which has already seen me off exploring my new home with shoots in Dublin, Wicklow, Galway, the stylish new Grand Central in Belfast and the beautiful Aran Islands – all in glorious Irish Autumn sunshine!

Got some heavy duty drones up in the air this week to get motorway footage of the various trucks, courtesy of my good pal Steve at Drone Media Imaging…

I’ve been using the 18-80 Canon Servo zoom Cine lens to shoot obs doc of lots of gigantic orange trucks recently. Fantastic lens that gives the C300 the authentic feel of a good old ENG camera. No bull bars or other nonsense required!

I recently switched from Premiere to Da Vinci Resolve for my home edit suite and this is my first crack at a Showreel using it.
