Final stop of the day – downtown’s plaza – where Hank and Gomez have Jesse under surveilance and Walt waits nervously. In reality – entirely empty apart from 2 bums, and a couple of BB geeks on bikes. And all the benches in the show were props, as were the payphones. I mean who uses payphones these days?
As Josh and I turned into the plaza the first thing that struck me was this building that is being reconstructed…
I’ve clearly had Breaking Bad on the brain for too long, as the first thing I thought was that the city had erected a giant periodic table in honour of Walt.
